1.5 oz Wild Moon Birch
1 oz White Rum
.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
3-4 Mint Leaves
2 oz Club Soda
Directions: In a Collins glass, muddle mint. Shake Wild Moon Birch, Rum, and Fresh Lime Juice, over ice. Pour into glass. Top with Club Soda and stir.
Glass: Collins.
Garnish: Mint and lime.
