1oz Rittenhouse Rye
1oz Matusalem Clásico Rum
1/2oz lemon juice
1/2oz maple syrup
1/2oz egg white
Dash cherry bark bitters

Garnish: Birch “sap”, burnt spiced orange, bourbon cherry.
