Birch Sap Sour

1 oz Wild Moon Birch
1.5 oz Bourbon
.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

Directions: Combine all ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Add Garnish.
Garnish: Cherry + Birch Stirring stick
