Bannoffee Pie

2 oz. HFC Espresso Vodka
1.5 oz. Wild Moon Chai Spice,
.5 oz. Banana Oat Milk
Caramel, Graham cracker shavings

To make Banana Oat Milk: In a belnder, blend 2 very ripe bananas and 1 – 1.5 cups of oat milk.
Add more oat milk if too thick. It should look like a pourable liquid.
To prepare the glass: Rim the edge of the glass with caramel. Tap edge into a dish of crushed Graham Crackers
In a shaker full of ice, add Espresso Vodka, Chai Spice, and Banana Oat Milk. Shake very well.
Double strain into the prepared coupe.
