Maple Whiskey Sour

.5 oz Wild Moon Birch

1.5 oz Whiskey

.5 oz Maple Syrup

.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

.5 oz Aquafaba (optional)

Directions: Shake ingredients over ice. Pour into a large lowball. Garnish with a lemon peel or a maple leaf!
