1.5 oz HFC Organic Vodka
1.5 oz WMB 7 lemon
.5 oz Lemon Juice
Sugar rim
Prepare the rim of a coupe glass: using a lemon wedge, rub the edge of the glass.
Dip the glass into a plate of sugar (organic or turbinado works best)
In a shaker filled with ice, add all ingredients and shake well.
Strain into the prepared coupe glass.
