Cream of the Crop

1 oz HFC Organic Vodka
1.5 oz. Wild Moon Lavender
1 oz. Cream of Coconut
1.25 oz. Lemon Juice
3 oz. ginger ale
Toasted Coconut Rim

To prepare the rim: Rim the edge of the glass with a bit of Cream of Coconut. Dip into a dish of toasted coconut.
In a shaker fuilled with ice, add vodka, Lavender, Cream of Coconut and Lemon juice. Shake very well.
Add gingerale to shaker and swirl to combine.
Double strain into a prepared coupe glass..
