1 oz Wild Moon Cucumber
1oz HFC Organic Vodka
1 oz San Pellegrino Limonata
Honey Dew Melon, Fresh Mint
In shaker, muddle 2-3 ripe pieces of Honey Dew Melon and fresh mint until liquid.
Add ice, Cucumber, and vodka to the shaker and shake very well.
Add Limonata to the shaker and swirl to combine.
Douel strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with fresh mint.
