1.5 oz Wild Moon Birch
1.5 oz Dark Rum
2 Orange Slices
Ginger Beer
Directions: Muddle the Orange Slice and add ice and the remaining ingredients. Shake well and strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a slice of orange and a piece of birch bark.
