Sage Old Fashioned

1 oz WMB Sage
1 oz Tomcat Gin
.25 oz Honey Water
Orange Bitters

Place a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
Add all ingredients to the glass.
Stir very well to combine.
Garnish with fresh sage and an orange peel
