Sumac G&T

1 oz Wild Moon Botanics Sumac

1.5 oz Gin 

3 oz Tonic Water

Fresh Lemon Wedge, Squeezed

Directions: Add ice to a Collins glass. Pour in Wild Moon and Gin. Squeeze lemon wedge in and leave in glass. Stir. Top with tonic.
